One problem that i have had with clients with the Outlook Client installed is that it doesn’t automatically sync. contacts from CRM into outlook for the purpose of sending emails etc.

Heres how you would enable it for your users and clients:

  • Click on the CRM menu in Outlook

  • Then click on the ‘Address book’ tab then click on the second options shown ‘Match all contacts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  • The following window should appear (after you synchronize with CRM, click on options > sync with CRM), after that your contacts should appear in the address book:
